We should prepare 4-5 primer questions to prompt contribution (e.g. What tools/platforms they had available at the time of the event? How effective were the forecast lead times/ timeliness? Do they feel they had sufficient information for decision-making? What could be improved in their workflows? What knowledge gaps do they wish to be filled with EDERA? etc.)

Plans for stakeholders’ participation on the EDERA demonstration (pptx)
Calum Baugh, ECMWF
what work is expected from attendees for the project,
how to set up notifications, receive data, etc.
What should be the content of the notifications?
Only text
Also a hydrograph?
Impact info
Finnish partners work in SMS, so could the notifications work with this?
Do we want to develop a questionnaire like the EFAS feedback form?
Could we have regular follow-up interviews maybe as part of WP5, would be up to each local organiser to facilitate these, maybe every 3 months
Need to be careful about managing the workload, too frequent is too much work, too infrequent and the users may forget
